01 – PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS
Preliminary Assessment and Identification of Energy Efficiency Potential
We analyse the energy consumption of buildings, facilities and production processes to identify energy efficiency measures and the best opportunities for integrating renewable energy sources.
Through energy audits, consumption data analysis and techno-economic assessments, we identify priority measures and quantify the expected energy savings, cost reductions and greenhouse gas emission reductions.
02 – TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL PARTNERS
Coordination of Technical and Financial Partners for Energy Efficiency Projects
We identify and coordinate the most suitable technical partners (designers and contractors) and financial partners for the implementation of energy efficiency measures and renewable energy systems.
We support our clients in preparing tender documents and technical specifications, selecting designers, contractors and Energy Service Companies (ESCos), and structuring Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs). We ensure compliance with sector-specific regulations and high technical standards throughout the entire process, from design to final testing and commissioning.
03 – INCENTIVES ACCESSING
Access to Incentives for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Projects
We guide businesses and public authorities through every stage of the application process for national incentives supporting energy efficiency and renewable energy generation.
We provide support in preparing and managing applications for the GSE’s Conto Termico 3.0 incentive scheme, tax incentives for energy-efficient building renovations, and the tax benefits available under the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy’s New Transition 5.0 Plan – Enhanced Depreciation Scheme, aimed at supporting business investments in energy efficiency and self-generation of renewable energy.

Individuiamo bandi e strumenti di finanziamento pubblico-privato, nazionali ed europei, a supporto degli interventi di efficienza energetica e degli impianti a fonti rinnovabili.
Affianchiamo imprese ed enti pubblici nella ricerca e selezione di bandi regionali, nazionali ed europei dedicati alla transizione energetica, e nella strutturazione di forme di finanziamento pubblico-privato — quali contratti di rendimento energetico (EPC) e partenariati con operatori finanziari e ESCo — capaci di integrare risorse pubbliche e private e di rendere sostenibili gli investimenti in efficientamento ed energie rinnovabili.
05-AUTOCONSUMO E CER
Autoconsumo diffuso e Comunità Energetiche Rinnovabili
Supportiamo imprese ed enti pubblici nella costituzione di configurazioni per l’autoconsumo diffuso da fonti rinnovabili, incluse le Comunità Energetiche Rinnovabili.
Accompagniamo i clienti in ogni fase del percorso: analisi di fattibilità tecnico-economica, individuazione della configurazione più idonea, scelta della forma giuridica, coinvolgimento dei soggetti del territorio e predisposizione della documentazione per l’accesso ai benefici e agli incentivi previsti per l’energia condivisa, con attenzione al ruolo dei Comuni come promotori dello sviluppo energetico locale.
